of Suffolk on May 10, 1921 as Map No. 745, said part of Lots being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the Intersection of the
southerly side of Meday Avenue with the westerly aide of Howard
Avenue; running thence along the westerly aide of Howard Avenue
South a degrees 23 minutes West 120 feet; running thence South
76 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds West 106.44 feet to the division
line between Lots 37 and 38 on said map; running thence along said
division line North 6 degrees 23 minutes East 117.71 feet to the
southerly side of Meday Avenue; running thence along the southerly
aide of Meday Avenue North 75 degrees 22 minutes Bast 107.24 feet
to the comer aforesaid at the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to a purchase money first mortgage In the principal
amount of Seven Thousand (()7,00.00) Dollars, with interest, In-
