LeValley; thence running at right angles to said westerly line along
said land now or formerly of LeValley, S. 590 481 4011 W. 215 feet,
more or less,. to ordinary high water mark of Deep Hole Creek; thence
northwesterly along said ordinary high water mark of Deep Hole Creek
100 feet or more to a point distant exactly 100 feet from the south-
easterly boundary of said plot, measured at right angles to said
southeasterly boundary; thence on a line parallel to said southeaster)
boundary, N. 59" 481 40" E. 200 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to waters and the land under water of Deep Hole
Creek lying in front of and adjoining the above described premises.

''the first part in and to Deep Hole Drive adjoining said premises to
the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions as contained in deed from
James A. Gildersleeve, Sidney H. Gildersleeve and Donald R. Gildersleev
to Joseph Engel and Anna Engel, his wife, dated November 27, 1946 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 4, 1946 in Liber
2655 of deeds, Page 492.
