Van Tu71, G.E. and filed in the Suffolk County Cl,. , a Office on May 10, 1940 as map number 1310, to- gether with an easement of Ingress and egress over the westerly half of said private dock to the Village Dock and Boat Landing, as shown on said map. The party of the second part has this day executed and delivered to the party of the first part a purchase money mortgage to secure payment of the am of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000,) Dollars and interest as therein provided, which mortgage is intended to be re- corded simultaneously with this deed.
