THIS AGRE'BMENT, made thea/% day of July, 1957, between
KENNETH B. CADUGAN and LYDIA F. CADUGAN, his wife, residing at
217 East 68th Street, New York City, New York, hereinafter called
the party of the first part, and WALTnR F. HOWLAND, residing at
217 Catherine Street, East Northport, Town of Huntington, Suffolk
County, Now York, hereinafter called the party of the second part;

That the party of the first part, in consideration of One

- lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
grant and release unto the party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, place or parcel of land with

lying and being in the village of Cutcho,.;ue, In the Towr.
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
On the South by the Main Fighwey;
On the West and South by land formerly of Haff,
now of Coyne;
On the West by Lenceski;
On the North by Koloaki; and
On the Lest by Horton.
Containing within said bounds six acres, be the same
more or less.
