ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate lying and
being at Mattituck Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the Northerly side of a 33 foot
right of way at the Southeast corner of the premises herein described
adjoining land now or formerly of John W. Houtcher, said monument being
South 48000' West 147.88 feet measured along the Northerly line of said
right of way from a concrete monument marking it's Easterly terminus;
from said monument and place of beginning running thence along the
Northerly side of said right of way South 48oO0' West 145.28 feet to land
now or formerly of Marjorie Wickham and Lloyd Lindsay; running thence
along said land of Wickham and Lindsay North 58 06' 30" West 143.60 feet;
thence North 48033' East 12.16 feet to a monument and other land of
the party of the first part; running thence along said other land of the
party of the first part and land now or formerly of Sylvia Barnes North
48033' East 125 feet to a monument and other land of said Barnes; thence
continuing along said land of Barnes North 45018' 50" East 8.91 feet to
a concrete monument and other land o'f John W. Houtcher; running thence
along other land of Houtcher South 57051' 40" East 142.88 feet to the
monument and place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way for access between said premises and the
main road, said right of way running along the southerly side of said
premises and in a westerly direction and thence in a Northwesterly
direction to the main road; said right of way being 33 feet in width as it
runs in a westerly and northwesterly direction and 25 feet in width as it
runs in a northerly direction; the northerly and easterly sides of said
33 foot right of way being described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete
monument at the southeasterly corner of land of Alice Pantalso and running
South 48CO0' West 655.15 feet along said land of Alice Pantaleo and land
of John Lindsay;Wthencecher Northi57'uding the off, 40H Westm154.94 feet Alongses herein and saidflWand of and
Houtcher to a concrete monument and the easterly side of said 25 foot
right of way, said 25 foot right of way thence running between lands now
or formerly of John L. Sturges on the West and Clara Dale on the East to
the main road; it being understood, howeverthat the party of the first
part shall b rights of der obligation or liabil;ty for keeping open or main-
