place of business at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York,

paid by the parties of the second part, do as hereby grant and release auto the part ies of the serond

ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at
Mattituck in the Town of Southold County of Suffolk and State of New York,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly line of Westview Drive, 175.0
feet northerly along said westerly line from a point directly opposite
the intersection of the northerly line of Brower Road with the easterly
line of said Westview Drive said point of beginning being the northeasterly
corner of land conveyed by h1liam H. Mason and Harry E. Mason to Hansen;
from said point of beginning running along said land of Hansen, and
passing through a mon��pp��pgnt South 78"42' 4011 West 180 feet, more or less,
to ordinary high watx,gf Lttituck Creek as found in 1950; thence northerly
along said high water mark of Mattituck Creek 100 feet, more or less, to
land conveyed by William H. Mason and Harry E. Mason to Anderson; thence
along said land of Andersen, and passing through a monument, Northo78 421 40"
East 162 feet more or less to a monument on said westerly line of Westview
Drive, South 110171 2011 East 100.0 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING parts of Lots #24 and 25 as shown on an unfiled reference map
of Westview.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest if any of the party
of the first part in and to the highway known as Wesivlew Drive in the
rear of said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER also with any rights as now exist or may hereafter be created
and laid out, leading to the waters of Mattituck Creek, to be used in
common with all other owners of "Westview".
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in former deeds of
record.
