ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate at "Westview" at
Mattituck in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
"BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly line of
Westview Drive, 225.0 feet northerly along said easterly
line from Brower Road, said point of beginning being the
northwesterly corner of land conveyed, or about to be
conveyed, to the party of the second part; from said
point of beginning running along said easterly line of
Westview Drive, N. 110 17' 20" W. 75.0 feet to an iron
pipe; thence along land conveyed, or about to be conveyed,
to the party of the second part, N. 710 421 40" E. - 135.0
feet; thence along land of the party of the first part,
S. 110 17' 2011 E. 75.0 feet to said land conveyed, or
about to be conveyed, to the party of the second part; thence
along said land, S 710 421 40" W.- 135.0 feet to the point
of beginning."
