and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly
line of Woodcliff Drive, 158.0 feet northerlyalong said easterly line
from Westview Drive, said point of beginning being the northwesterly
corner of land conveyed by the parties of the first part to the parties
of the second part; from said point of beginning running along said
easterly line of Woodcliff Drive, N, 110 171 20" W. 50.0 feet to an
iron pipe and lend conveyed by the parties of the first part to Fulton..
L. Thompson; thence along said land, N. 780 42' 40" E. 122.78 feet;
thence along said land of Thompson and along other Land of the parties
of the first part, S• 110 17' 20" E'• 50.0 feet to an iron pipe and
said land of the parties of the second part; thence along said land,

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of

to said premises to the center line thereof.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED FR1 nISES being northerly and adjacent to
other premises of the parties of the second part as conveyed by the
parties of the first part herein by deed dated March 28, 1955 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 11, 1955 in
Liber 3866 of d eeds, Page 438. This deed is given and accepted sub-
ject to the same covenants and restrictions as contained in said deed
Liber 3866, Page 438 to the extent that the premises herein are
considered a part of the adjacent premises.
