veyed, and ALSO SUBJECT to the existing rights of way over said
24 foot right-of-way as reserved in a certain deed, made and
j a executed by Raymond J. Miller as sole surviving executor of the

r"1 September S, 1953 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
C?Z County of Suffolk on September 11, 1953 in Liber 3577 of Deeds
at Page 92, and ALSO SUBJECT to such existing rights of way over
said 24 foot right-6f-wap m have heretofore been conveyed by -
William H. Wartenberg.
All the above courses and distances being shown and taken from
a survey prepared for William H. Wartenberg by Alden W. Young, C.B.
P.E. and L.S., Riverhead, Now York, dated December 2, 1953 and
re-dated respectively January 13, 1954, June 25, 1954, June 29, 1954
and May 23, 1957.
