at Mattltuck, Suffolk County, New York, surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl
licensed surveyor, Greenport, New York, February 19th, 1927 and filed
in the Office of theClerk of the County of Suffolk on March 25th, 1927
under File #192.
TOGETHER with the use of a right-of-way 8 feet wide to and from Wick-
ham Avenue to Long Creek, a branch of Mattltuck Bay, to pass and
repass on foot only; said right-of-way commencing at the Northerly
,Junction of Middle load and Wickham Avenue at a concrete monument,
running in a westerly direction 8 feet; thence running to a Northerly
direction 130 feet parallel with the boundary line of property of Hubert
W. Klein and Gustav Bayer, to mean high water mark of Long Creek,
thence running in an Easterly direction along Long Creek to land of
Hubert W. Klein; bhence running in a Southerly direction along the
Western boundary of Property of Hubert W. Klein 130 feet to a concrete
monument the Northerly function of Middle Road and Wickham Avenue,
the point or place of beginning.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by deed dated September 8, 1930 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1528 at page 837 on the 23rd
day of September, 1930.
