WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Suffolk
County, N.Y., surveyod by Wallace H. Halsey, C.E., Southampton, N.Y.,
Juno 1919,sand filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office,
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part, if any, of, in and to the land under water of Little Peconic
Bay abutting said promises.
Subject to any state of facts which an accurate survey would show.
Further subject to covenants and restrictions, and easements, if any
of record.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Else Ederle
Moricca by Leon F. Brac and Lillian Brac his wife, by deed dated
September 22, 1951, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on September 28, 1951 in Libor 3270 of deeds at page 232.
