of premises of the parties of the first part along the easterly line of
land of the party of the second part adjoining lend formerly of
Stanley Tylko now of Edith Young on the east to Sound Avenue.
BEING AND INTENDED TO Bh the right of way conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Clifford A. Penny and Anna G. Fenny, his wife,
by deed dated March 15, 1950 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on March 16, 1950 in Liber 3055 of deeds, Page 303, it being
the intention of the parties of the first part herein to give up and
surrender said right of way.
