by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that tract, piece or parcel of land lying, being and
situate at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, and being more fully bounded and described
as follows.-
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Olejule Lane
715.76 feet, more or less, southerly along said westerly line
from land of Maurice King and being 1730 feet southerly from
New Suffolk Avenue, said point of beginning being the southeast
corner of land conveyed or about to be conveyed to William
Shortell; from said point of beginning running along said
westerly line of Olejulo Lane 100 feet; running thence along
other lands of the party of the first part 210 feet, more or less,
'.' to a point 10 feet westerly from th6 easterly edge of a proposed
dredged canal; running thence northerly on a line 10 feet westerly,
more or lees, from said easterly edge, 60 feet, more or less;
running thence South 83 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds East,
201.95 fact to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
seller, if any, in and to Olejule Lane in front of and adjacent
to the above described premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way, if any, over acertain 25 foot
private road leading from the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue
southerly to Peconic Bay. ,
TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed use of the channel
lying in front of and adjaoent to said premises.
Being and intended to be a portion of the promisee here-
