lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being 4SVk at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being known as Lots Numbers Eighteen (18)
and Nineteen (19) on a map entitled "Map of Eugene Heights",
owned by Jacob F. Bowers situate at Cutchogue, New York, surveyed
by Otto W. Van Tuyl, October 23, 1926, and filed in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on October 29, 1928, as Map Number
Eight Hundred Fifty-Six.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Edward
F. Hindermann by deed from Marguerite H. Houghton, dated September
30th, 1950, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
3133 of deeds at page 571 on October 3, 1950.
Subject to a mortgage hold by the North Fork Bank and Trust
Company, dated July 11, 1953, in the amount of 44,400.00 and now
reduced to 42,530.00 which the Party of the Second Part hereby
assumes and agrees to pay.
