24 min. 10 sec. West a distance of 91.34 feet as measured along the
southerly side of said right of way from the Southwesterly line of the
public highway known as New Suffolk Avenue); running thence South 16
deg. 35 min. 50 see. West a distance of 201.85 feet along lend of
Corinne Case to ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay; running
thence in a westerly direction along the ordinary high water mark of
- t Great Peconic Bay a distance of 82 feet, more or less, to land of
Clifford T. Case and wife ( the tie line being North 67 deg. 02 min.
