The Trustees reviewed the application submitted by En-Consultants
on behalf of Deborah Edson to construct a single-family
dwelling and deck, sanitary system and driveway.
After an on site inspection by the Board of Trustees, it was
determined that this project is out of Trustee jurisdiction.
All other approvals that may be applicable should be secured
prior to the commencement of the project.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees APPROVAL
WITH STIPULATIONS of Wetland Application No. 1-18-90-53-5-12.2
submitted by Gall Schlegel to reconstruct an existing single
family dwellin§, solid fill pier, and boat ramp. After recon-
struction, removal of concrete surfacing and installation of
native seaside planting. The CAC approves with the stipulation
that all runoff ~s contained on property: no runoff from house,
driveway or boat ramp (suggest drywells); hay bales and filter
cloth be used during construction; the concrete debris be removed
from the parcel; and no lawn within 75' of wetlands.

The CAC made an mnspection of the project and found several problems
existed. The project will definitely need a wetland application
The road goes through the wetlands; road runoff goes into the
wetlands; members believe tha~ the south west corner of the marsh
(possibly lot 6 or 9) was filled along with the road.
