After recon- struction, removal of concrete surfacing and installation of native seaside planting. The CAC approves with the stipulation that all runoff ~s contained on property: no runoff from house, driveway or boat ramp (suggest drywells); hay bales and filter cloth be used during construction; the concrete debris be removed from the parcel; and no lawn within 75' of wetlands.
