which point is distant 167. feet more or leas westerly from the
westerly line of Wickham Avenue,
and rounning thence along the northerly side of Pike Street,
South 63 4514011 West 95.40 feet to land of Edward N. Decker,
thence along said land of Edward N. Decker, and through apipe
North 26055110" West 251.46 feet to the land of the Long Island

thence along said last mentioned land the following three courses
and distances;

of Eve Woodward;

feet to a monument and the land of Donald Gildersleeve.,

feet to another monument and the land of Louis Gildersleeve,

Street at the point or place of beginning.

having died testate in Suffolk County in 1955, and having

It is intended that the promises hereby conveyed be bounded
Southerly by Pike Street, Easterly by lands of. Louis Gildersleeve,
