(A previous 2'X 32' dock and 4'X10 float were installed before permit 15276-0318 was received. Violation was dropped.) InstallatiOn of a 10'X 28' cement boat launch pad in a vegetated high marsh and mowing of a vegetated high marsh without a permit to do so. Contravention of this/these Articles of ECL is a violation and/or a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000 and/or $15,000 per day. You are, hereby, advised to cease your operation at the referenced location immediately. Please contact Kay Worker at once, (516) 751-8468, to schedule a compliance conference so that we may attempt to resolve this matter. Give all dimensions necessary to determine the area of the dock surface which extends offshore from the O. H. W. M. 6.
