the oonorete monument set at the end of said Fox Hollow Road at the
southwesterly corner thereof; running thence south 12 degrees 07 minutes
East, a distance of 244,52 feet to a point; running thence north
71 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 60.87 feet to
concrete monument; running thence South 18 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds
eat, a distance of 84 feet, more or less, to the shores of Mattituck
Creek; running thence in a general westerly direction along the shores
of Mattituck Creek, a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to a point and
