B. S. Marr, north 70 401 west 59.77 feet to James Creek; thence along a bulkhead or concrete wall adjoining said James Creek substantial) the following courses and distances: (1) north 800 east 42 feet (2) north 260 east 96 feet (3) north 520 301 west 49 feet (4) north 580 west 75 feet (5) north 370 301 east 45 feet (6) south 660 east 84 feet (7) south 370 301 west 117 feet (8) south 520 301 east 42 feet; thence along the ordinary high water mark of said James Creek; (1) toia point north 510 east 55 feet from the last described point; (2) thence to a point which is south 610 301 east 85 feet from the last mentioned point (3) to a point which is south 250 west 115 feet from the last, mentioned point to where the northerly line of Lot No. 12 on said "Map of Salt Lake Village intersects the ordinary high water mark of James Creek, thence along the northerly line of said lot 12 south 700 591 west 158 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
