The conveyance hereunder is SUBJECT to a certain $9,000.00 mort- gage executed by the party of the first part, as mortgagor, to - Riverhead Savings Bank, as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated Febru- ary 21, 1955, was recorded on February 24, 1955, in the Office of i the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 2365 of Mortgages, at page 21, and on which mortgage and the bond secured thereby there is now due the sum of $7,849.74 , with interest thereon at the rate of five _ (5%) per centum per annum from November 1, 1957• The party of the second part hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt 6 and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
