as found in 1950; thence northerly along said high water mark, 76 feet,:'
more or less, to land of Rudolph Johnson; thence alon said land of
Johnson and passing through a monument, N. 780 421 40� E. 195 feet,
more or less, to a monument on said westerly line of Westview Drive;
thence along said westerly line of Westview Drive, S. 110 171 20" E.
