BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Main Road and the
easterly side of Bay Avenue which point is monumented by an Iron rod;
running thence north 51 degrees 50 minutes east 150 feet along the
southeasterly side of Main Road to an iron rod;
thence south 23 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds east 150 feet to a
monument;
thence south 60 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds west 191.61 feet to a
monument on the easterly side of Bay Avenue;
thence north 4 degrees 34 minutes west 140 feet along the easterly
side of Bay Avenue to the point or place of beginning.
Being the same premises conveyed to Horace E. Ryser by Deed dated
May 7, 1958, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
on May 9, 1958, at Liber 4458, Pages 410 and 411.
