situate at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerl
line of the Main Road, 689.9 feet, more or less, westerly along said
southerly line from Reeve Avenue, said point of beginning being the
northeasterly corner of land of the parties of the second part and the
northwesterly corner of land of the parties of the first part; from
said point of beginning running along said southerly line of the Main
Road, N. 620 00' E. 8.0 feet to a monument; thence along land of the
parties of the first part, 2 courses as follows: (1) S. 190 111.' E.
240.53 feet; thence (2) S. 620 00' W. 7.22 feet to the northeasterly
corner of land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the parties of
the second part to the parties of the first part; thence along land of
the parties of the second part, N. 190 25' W. 240.40 feet to the point
of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to that portion of Main Road adjacent to
said premises to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the
parties of the first part to Sidney H. Gildersleeve by deed dated
September 30, 1948 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
October 14, 1948 in Liber 2883 of deeds, Page 548, this being a cor-
rection deed to show the proper survey description of said premises,
the description in said previous deed being erroneous.
