Map #1672, which said lot is bounded and described as follow a:
BEGINNING at a point in the northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive
distant 175 feet westerly from the extreme westerly end of a curve
connecting the westerly side of Zens Road and the northerly side
of Captain Kidd Drive; running thence S. 770 26' W. along the north-
erly side of Captain Kidd Drive 100 feet; thence N. 120 34' W. 120
feet; thence N. 770 26' E. 100 feet; thence S. 120 34' E. 120 feet
to the northerly side of Captain Kidd Drive at the point or place
of beginning. _
TOGETHER with ell the right, title and interest of the party

adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
