and between the high and low water mark of the Mattituck Bay or
Creek, form,:rly called Napes Creek end now Howard's Branch, a distance

cement boundary stone there set in the @found and continuing in an
easterly direction along Lot #2 and road designated on map as "Home
Pike" a distance of forty-eight (48) feet..to another cement boundary
stone there set in the ground at the southwest corner of Lot #3 the
point or place of beginning. The tract of land herein described being
