Dear Mr. Haje,
After an on site inspection of your property, the Southold Town
Trustees found that the proposed construction of a house is
non-jurisdiction as per survey dated August 29, 1994.
The Trustees recoaag~nd that a row of hay bales be placed at the
75' line to prevent any runoff into Marion Lake, and a 50'
undisturbed buffer from phragmites landward to front of
adjacent neighbors houses
Any activity associated with construction of house that is
within the 75' of the designated wetlands would be in our
jurisdiction and would require a letter of waiver or permit.
