Please be advised that Mr. Frank Kujawski called the office
today to advise that he wishe~ to withdraw the request for a
Waiver of the Wetland Ordinance, Communication No. 6, he will
forward a letter to this affect.

Dear Mr · Smith,
I would like to request a waiver from the town Wetland Ordinance.
The waiver would be for the construction of a swimmihg pool and decking on
the property of Joseph and Madelon Duggan, lot 57, Cleaves Point, on Snug
Harbor Road in East Marion. All constuction will be located behind a
previously existing bulkhead and in addition will be properly retained and
terraoed to prevent run-off into Dawn Lagoon.
The usual precautions that are necessary for construction near water
will be followed. If any additional information is necessary, please con-
tact me at your convenience.

Please review the attached information. If the Board wishes
to Waiver the need of a wetland permit the following may be
offered? If the Board wishes that a full wetland application
is necessary please advise, as we may be able to expedite
the application on March 27, 19867
For your information I have attached a copy of the permit for
the Bulkhead and docks previously approved.
RESOLVED that the Southotd Town Trustees wai~r the need of a
wetland permit for the construction of a swimming pool, retaining
walls and deck on property located on Snug Harbor Road, Greenport.

agent in the process of securing the necessary permits for
the construction of an inground swimming pool with a ground
level walkway for Joeseph and Nadelon Duggan at their property
on Snug Harbor Road in East Marion N.Y.
