WITNESSETH,that the parte of the first par,in consideration of One and 00/100----------

Iawfulmoaeyofthe United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release ant.the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being mxka at Cutchogue, in the Town of Soutktold, County of
Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at ordinary hiLh water mark of Long Island Sound,
being 95.85 feet westerly along said ordinary high water mark from the
Northeasterly corner of land formerly of Wra. Tumbridge now of parties
of the first part; running thence along other land of parties of the
first part S. 470 061 4011 E. 612.16 feet to a pipe; thence along other
land of parties of the first part S. 510 441 30" W. 70.96 feet to a
pipe; thence along other land of parties of the first part N. 470 061
11.0" W. 639.79 feet, to said high water mark of Long Island Sound;
thence along said high water mark of Lon,; Island Sound, 1*. 710 41' 00"
E. 80.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.008 acres, more
or less.
TOGETHER with an easement in a right-of-way 16.0 feet in width
for a driveway and for Passing and repassing h1on foot or otherwise,
the Northerly line of which right-of-way begins at the Southeasterly
iqrnggpp of the above-described plot and runs thence S. 510 441 301, W.
261.8b feet to the Westerly line of other land of Parties of the first
part; thence the Westerly line of said right-of-way, being the Westerly
line of other land of parties of the first part, runs S. 470 49t 0011 g-
1148.38 feet to a granite monument on the Northerly Line of Oregon Road,
which easement shall attach as an alFurtenance of the above described
plot and shall cease whenever said Tight-of-way shall no longer be
necessary toprovide access to said plot from a public road or highway
and which driveway shall be constructed and maintained by the parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns without any obligation or
liability of any kind on the part of the parties of tho first part, their
heirs or assigns and shall be for the common use of said plot and all
the remaining property now owned by the Parties of the first part.
BEING AND INTENDnD TO BE the same premises conveyed by J.
Franklin Burke and Sidney B. Silleck to Michael J. Gallagher and
his wife, Delia Gallaher by deed dated July 13, 1940, and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 29, 1940, in Liber 2113 of
deeds, Page 93, the said Michael J. Gallagner having died on June
17th. 1955.
