Suffolk, and State of New York, known and Designated as tats
#103 and 104 on a certain map entitled "Map of Section Two
property of M. S. Hand, situate at Cutchogue, Suffolk County,
New York", made by Otto We Van Tuyl from surveys completed
March 23rd, 19391 and filed in Suffolk County Clerkts Office
on May 12th, 1933, as Map No. 1280.
TOGETHER with a right of way 30 feet in width running
between Stillwater Avenue and Eugene Creek and being
located opposite Track Avenue Ser access to and from Eugene
Creek by.foot only.
BEING part of the same premises described in deed made
by Michael S. Hand and Margaret B. Hared, his wife, to Oscar _
L. Eilertsen dated August 18th, 1955, and recorded August
24th, 1955, ;n liber 3956 CP yl.

rude abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
