Suffolk County, New York, known and described on a certain map of
Beachwood Colony Property, made by Franklin F. Overton, Surveyor,
- September 1916 filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on the 14th day of February, 1917, as and by the lot number
2 bounded and described as follows;
m BEGINNING at a certain iron pipe monument on Great Peconic Bay
distant 40 feet easterly from land now or formerly of Mrs. 0. B.
Goldsmith; running thence northerly along the easterly side of
Lot No. 1 a distance of 335 feet to another iron pipe monument adjoin-
Ing the lands now or formerly of Henry V.Downs; thence North 74°
421 East along said Downs' land 40 feet to another iron pipe monu-
r II ment; thence southerly and along the westerly boundary of Lot-No.3
e distance of 329.2 feet to another iron pipe monument on Peconic
Bay; thence westerly along Peconic Bay 40 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way from said premises over and through
the land now or formerly of Henry V. Downs to New Suffolk Avenue.
TOGETHER with a right of way over the lands lying east of said
premises to the road leading northerly through the lands of H.V. -

of the first part of, in and to the lands below the highwater line
of Great Peconic Bay immediately in front of and act oining said

The aimensions expressed in the foregoing description are those
shown on the Map of Beachwood Colony Property above mentioned, dated
September 1916; that some of said dimensions may la ve been increased
or decreased by any changes in the shore line of Great Peconic Bay.
