Mr. Hank Dru~n called approximately 10:30 AM on May 19, 1986
to ask if he needs a permit for the removal of sand that has
built up on the property during the winter. This is a piece
of property located on Marratooka Point on which there are
several houses in that area where the sand has covered all of
the property. Kent McCarthy has been down there and is very
familiar with the area. The neighbors nexu door, the Colligans
have been qiven permission to have their sand removed from the
site. Mr. Drum lives next door. Ken~ advised that this would
be okay, and that it is a maintenance and that no permit is
required. He advised that he wants to know where the fill is
going to be placed.

In regard to the above-referenced property, the Board of Trustees has reviewed
your request and grants you permission to push sand, which was washed up
from recent storms onto the driveway, back onto the beach along the bay side of
the property.
Please be advised that this letter allows for the removal of sand, by machinery,
from the driveway only, and no additional sand is to be brought to the site from
an upland soume.
