known as Grand Boulevard; on the North a distance of 150 feet by land
of Hilton Sackowski; on the East a distance of 176 feet, more or less,
by land of Newell Muttitt; on the South a distance of 150 feet by
Parcel II herein designated.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first pert
of, in and to that portion of Bridge Road, also known as Grand Boulevard
adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
PARCEL II: ALL that tract or parcel of land, near Mattituck,
aforesaid, bounded on the West by Bridge Road, also known as Grand

feet by Parcel I herein designated; on the least by land of Newell
Muttitt a distance of 36 feet, more or less; on the South by lands of
Newell Muttitt and Robert Anrig.
