Van Der Beek S. 160 25' 30" E.-240 feet to a pipe and land now or formerly of Ralph W. Sterling; thence along said land of Sterling S. 850 46' W.-123.22 feet to a pipe set for the corner; thence still along other land now or formerly of Sterling N. 160 25' 30" W.-211.88 feet to the point of beginning.
