March 28, 1935, in file No. 1179; from said stake running along said
southerly line of Sterling Road, N. 690 481 50" E.-100.0 feet to a
deflection in said line; thence still along said southerly line of
Sterling Road, N. 850 461 E.-21.14 feet to a stake; thence along other
land this day being conveyed to George K. Van Der Beek S. 160 25' 30"
E.-240 feet to a pipe and land now or formerly of Ralph W. Sterling;
thence along said land of Sterling S. 850 46' W.-123.22 feet to a pipe
set for the corner; thence still along other land now or formerly of
Sterling N. 160 25' 30" W.-211.88 feet to the point of beginning.
