plattituck, Now York, also known as Katharine B.'Tuthill, and also
known as Kathryn Baylis 'Tuthill,

successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, his successors and assigns,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parted of land, with the buildings and imprevemmnts thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, at
Laurel, bounded and described as follows:
B^GTNNING at a point on the westerly line of Wells Road, 150.0
feet northerly along said westerly line and the extension southerly
thereoffrom the extension easterly of the northerly line of Albo
Drive; and running along land of the party of the first part, South
690 13, 10" West, 160.0 feet; thence along other taro-1 of tb.e party
of the first part and along land convoyed by the party of the first
part to lVm. Schonewala, North 200 461 50" West, 100.0 feet to a
monument; thence along other land of the party of the first part,
North 690 13, 10" East, 160.0 feet to said westerly line of Wells
Road; thence along said westerly line of Wells Road, .South 200 461
50" East, 100.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETIIFR with all the riht, title and interest of the party
of the first part in and to Wells Road adjacent to said premises
to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a
right of way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconie Bay,
which said yrivilege is contained and recited in deed to George I.
Tuthill, at al., dated April 17, 1928, and recorded August 13, 1928,
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1368 of Deeds at P-ge 24.
SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions: That the
premises shall be used for residential purposes only and no dwelling
erected thereon shall be for the use or occupancy of more than one
family; that not more than one dwelling shall be constructed on the
premises for each 100 feet of road frontage; that no building or any
part thereof shall be erected within 25 feet of the street line;
that no outhouses shall be maintained on the premises; and no dwelling
shall be constructed or maintained on the premises containing an
area of less than 800 square feet.
