Larsen dated March 15, 1954 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 30, 1954 in Liber 3686 of deeds, Page 271, in common with others. AND the party of the first part covenants that the partv of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been incumbercd in any way whatever• except as aforesaid.
