COMMENCING at a concrete monument set in the
Northerly side of the Private Road running from
Marratooka Lane to Deep Hole Creek, which said con-
crete monument marks the Southwest corner of the
premises about to be described and the Southeast
corner of land of Henry A. Carsten and Eleanor M.
Carsten, his wife, and which said monument is also
about 325 feet Westerly from the end of the point
and the Westerly bank of Deep Hole Creek measured
along the Northerly side of the Private
Road; and
thence running in a Northerly direction .along the
Easterly side of land of Henry A, Carsten and Eleanor
M. Carsten, his wife, a distance of about 120 feet

ISI Road where it adjoins Deep Hole Creek on the Easterly end of Lupton's
Point.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Mabel L•I
Lupton by Edmund R. Lupton, Mildred L. Fischer and Olive M. Lupton by
. deed dated October 24, 1949 and recorded November 7, 1949 in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3014 of Deeds at Page 376.
