Dear Mr. Doroski:
In response m your request for a freshwater wetlands determination for the property identified below,
the New York State Departmen[ of Environmental Conservation has found that this parcel is more
than 100 feet from currently regulated freshwater wetlands. Therefore, no permi[ is now required
pursuant to the Freshwater Wetlands Act (Article 24 of the New York State Environmental
Conservation Law) to constzuc[ a single family dwelling and associated structures.
However, your parcel is within 100 feet of a freshwater wetland which we expect will soon be
regulated. Wetland GP-16 is currently depicted on the New York State Depalxment of
Environmental Conservation Tentative Freshwater Wetlands Maps for Suffolk County and ~ve expec[
k m appear on the Final Maps. Thus, we anticipate this wetland and its adjacem area (within i00

granted a permit from this Department before proceeding with future clearing, excavating, filling,

Dear Sire,
I would like to apply for an ammendment to my permit
no. 4188, issued to John S. Doroski, dated §/26/9S. ! would like
to change the setback of the !eft back corner of the proposed
house fir one was facing the house from Madison St.) from the
current !5 foot to 11 feet. This is so the house will be more
square to the North Nd. and the front of the house to be more
square visually to the overall angles of Madison St,. See
enclosed drawing.
I am sure this change of 4 feet will be in agreement with
the town trustees of Southold since this will set my proposed
house further back from the weti~nd.
