Nor does the dock, which has been in place at least since the 1930's, have a pe~it. In that regard, I submit ~e enclosed application and copy of a ~ey dated 1958, in support of Certificates of Occupancy for: a) the main residential house; b) the garage; c) 'the guest cottage; and d) the barn. ~T also enclose a Consent to Inspect. In support of a grandfather permit for ~e dock, I enclose application, a copy of the 1958 su~ey reflecting the existence of the dock, statements from neighbors and my own atto~y's Affirmation. My earliest recollection of my uncle's dock was when I was 13 years old in 1952. I visited him for the weekend and caught an entire bushel basket of blowfish off the end of the dock. 3. In 1967 my father puchased a Boston Whaler for our family and we kept it at my uncle's dock until the boat was sold fifteen years later. 4. The dock has always been the same configuration. 5.
