A speci~l meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals
was called 7:25 P.M.~ Monday, December l~, 19~9 at the Town
Clerk Office, Main Road, Southold~ New York.
There were present: Messrs. Robert W. ~llispie, Jr.~
Chairman~ Herbert Rosenberg, and Charles Grigonis, Jr.
On motion of Mr. Rosenberg, seconded by Mr. Grigonis
and carried, 7:30 P.M. (E.S.T), Wednesday~ December 2~, 1959s
Town Clerk 0ffice~ Main Road~ $outhold, New York was set as'
time and place for hearing upon application of Robert Loesges~
Bay View Road and Smith Drive North~ Southold~ New York,~for
a variance ~n accordance with State of New York Town Laws

Section 280A for recognition of access. Location of propertys
on.south side private right-of-way off west side North Bay
view Road, Southold~ New York, bounded north by private right-
of-way, southeast by land of Hilton Epp~ and west by Sayre
and Young.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Mr. Gillispie~ Mr. Rosenberg,
and Mr. Grigonis.
Resolution was offered by Mr. Grigonis, seconded by
Rosenberg, and carried, to set time and place for hearing
upon application of Joseph Stagnitta as 7:$O P.M. (E.S.T.)

Wednesday, December 23, 19~9, Tovm Clerk Office, Main Road,
Southold, New York. Application for a variance in accordance
with Zoning Ordinance Article III, Section 306, for permission
to reduce front yard setback on a corner lot. Location of
property: west side Luthers Road and Captain Kidd Drive, Lot
No. 19~, Capt. Kidd Estates, Mattituck, New York.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Mr. Gillispie, Mr. Rozenberg,
and Mr. Grigonis.
It was further RESOLVED that legal notice be published
in the official newspaper on date of December 18, 19~9.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Mr. Gillispie, Mr. Rosenberg,
and Mr. Grigonis.
The next meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals
will be held 7:30 P.M., Wednesday~ December 23, 1959, Town
Clerk Office , Main Road, Southold, New York.
Meeting adjourned at 7:~5 P.M.
