The applicant does by the acceptance of this permit, assume alt responsibility for operations under- taken pursuant to this permit, and shall take all precautions for the prevention of injuries to persons and property resulting from such operations. By such acceptance, the applicant also agrees to indemni- fy and save harmless the Town, and its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims arising from operations under this permit and any and all acts or omissions of applicant, his agent and employees. The applicant and the owner and occupants of the premises u pon which the operations authorized by Wis 2ermit are being conducted, do, by the acceptance of this permit, give consent to the Town, and its officers and emp oyees to enter upon the premises where such operations are being conoucted to make such inspections as the Town may deem necessary to insure that such operations are being con- ducted in conformity with this permit. Box 728 Southold, New York 1197t December 2, 1985 Mr. Roy Haje, President Eh-COnsultants, Inc. 1329 North Sea Road Southampton, New Ycrk 11968 Dear ROy: The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees at a regular meeting held on November 27, 1985 regarding the wetland application no. 299 for Jack & Joan Donnelly: Moved by Trustee Bednoski seconded by Trustee Bredemeyer it WHEREAS, Eh-COnsultants, Inc. on behalf of Jack and Joan Donne!l¥ applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated September 4, 1985 ahd, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on November 27, 1985 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, ?~HEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area; and WHEREAS, the Board considered all testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application; and it is noted for the- record that there has been no public opposition; and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the pro3ect as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Jack & Joan Donnelly be granted permission under the provisIons of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, New York, all in accordance with the application.
