feet easterly of a monument set in the southeast corner of land now
or formerly of William C . Salmon when measured at right angles to the

running along said land of Hyndmah, North 30 48 ' 30" East a distance
of 348 . 62 feet to a monument on the southerly line of a 20 foot right
of way; thence along said southerly line North 81° 10' 00" East a
