WITNESSETH,that the party of the firstpax,inconsideration of Ten Dollars and othervaluable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of load,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being SrxPlldr at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the
southerly line of a 331 private road leading easterly from Little
Neck Road, 309.4 feet easterly along said southerly line from Little
Neck Road, said point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of
land of Mullen; from said paint of beginning running along said
southerly line of said 331 private road, 2 courses as follows: (1)
N. 760 051 40" E. 90.0 feet; thence (2) N. 500 051 40" E. 36.0 feet
to a monument and land of Stepnoski; thence along said land of
Stepnoski, S. 290 341 20" E. 155 feet, more or less, to the line be-
tween the meadow and upland north of Sheep Pen Channel; thence west-
erly along .said line between the meadow and upland 160 feet, more or
less, to said land of Mullen; thence along said land of Mullen, N.
160 541 20" W. 153 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
