WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lyingandbmilb 3be at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of a plot of land describ-
ed as PARCEL I" in a certain deed, dated February 9, 1955, made by
the party of the first part to the party of the second part, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3837 of
Deeds, at page 133, on February 10, 1955; running thence on the ex-
tension easterly of the northerly line of said parcel, north 80 de-
grees 06) 40" east, 473.86 feet to land of J, Wickham Estate; thence
along the last mentioned land, south 4 degrees O1) 30" west, 73.69
feet to the northeasterly corner of a 3-acre parcel of land describ-
ed as PARCEL II) in the aforementioned deed; thence along the last
mentioned land, south 80 degrees 06' 40" west, 456.14 feet to the
first herein mentioned parcel; thence along the easterly line of
said first herein mentioned parcel, north 9 degrees 53' 20" west,
71.53 feet to the point of beginning.
