ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land together with the
buildings and improvements thereon, situate lying and being at
Mattltuck in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
_ New York known and designated as LOT #199, Block 16, on a certain
map entitled "Map of Captain Kidd Estates" and filed in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on January 19, 1949 as Map #1672, which
said lot is bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the Southerly side of Ruth Road distant
204.25 feet westerly from the extreme Easterly end of Ruth Road;
running thence South 12 degrees 34 minutes East 144.58 feet; thence
South 62 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds west 100.42 feet; thence North
twelve degrees 34 minutes Nest 135.40 feet to the Southerly side of
Ruth Roed; thence North 77 degrees 26 minutes East Along the Southerly
side of Ruth Road 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
