Suffolk, State of New York, on the Easterly side of a certain 30 foot
right-of-way running Northerly from a certain right-o£-way heretofore
established extending Westerly from.the Easterly line of the property
of Leone D. Howell as conveyed by Mabel Hollister Houghton by deed
dated Nov. 17th 1925 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, Jan.11th .1926, in Liber 1164 of Deeds at Page 180,
said right-of-way -last mentioded' - being parallel to and 100 feet
Westerly from the right-of,way established by an agreement between
George B. Reeve, Florence B. Reeve and Phebe M. Hollister and record-
ed Sept:5th'1907 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in
Liber 62� of°Deeds.at Page 116, and more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at app trete monument°set in'the 'easterly-side of the
right-of-way heretpMablished, and distant 147.2 feet northerly from
the intersection of the said easterly side of this new right-of-way
with the Northerly side.of the East and wrest right-of-way mentioned
herein as heretofore laid out; running thence Easterly and.at right
angles to the new right-o£-way 100 feet to a concrete monument on the
Westerly side of the right-of-way established by Reeve and Hollister
Sept. 5th 1907 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber 629 of Deeds at Page 168; thence northerly along
the westerly side of said right-of-way 50 feet to a concrete monument;
thence westerly at right angles to the new right-of-way.100 feet
to a concrete monument set in the easterly side of the.said new right-
of-way; thence southerly along the easterly side of said right-of- '
way 50 feet to the point or place of beginning.
