131.20 feet northwesterly along said line from the westerly corner of land
conveyed by the party of the first part to George H. Taylor running from
said point of beginning along said line of Westphalia Road, two courses,
as followst (1) N. 540 52t 3011 W. 59.56 feet; thence (2) N. 620 35' 20"
W. 171.93 feet to lend of Oscar B. Gunther; thence along said land of Osc r
B. Gunther, two courses, as follows: (1) N. 150 59' 1011 E. 17.59 feet;

30 foot right of way S. 350 07' 30" W. 100.0 feet to the point of beginnirg
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of party of the
first part in and to lands under Mattituck Creek abutting above described
