BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Short Road at the
intersection of said easterly line with the southerly boundary line
of land of North Fork Country Club; running thence South 89 degrees
42 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 153.77 feet to land of
the party of the second part; running thence South 13 degrees 01
• minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 98.89 feet along said land
of the party of the second part and other land of Corinne B. Case,
running thence North 76 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds West a distance
of 150.00 feet to the easterly line of Short Road; running thence
along said easterly line of Short Road North 13 degreesOl minutes
40 seconds East, a distance of 65 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning.

TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed use in common with other
owners of a right of way for passage on foot over a certain Private
Road two (2) rods in width running from New Suffolk Avenue in a
southerly direction to Peconic Bay. Said right of way being bounded

on the North by New Suffolk Avenue; on the East by land of Beverly
King; on the South by Peconic Bay and on the West by land of the
Estate of George H. Case, deceased.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Corinne
�I B. Case to the grantors herein by deed dated October 17, 1952 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 22, 1952 in
