particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Haywaters Road distant
281.78 feet, measured along the southwesterly side of Haywaters Road,
northwesterly from the point of intersection of the southwesterly aide
of Haywaters Road with the westerly end of an are connecting said south
westerly side of Haywaters Road with the Northwesterly side of Old Cove
Road, said point of beginning being the point where the dividing line
between Lots 9 and 10 as shown on said map intersects said southwesterly
side of Haywaters Road; running thence southwesterly and along said
dividing line between Lots 9 and 10, 300 feet, more or less, to the
southwest corner of Lot 9 as shown on said map; thence southeasterly
along the southwesterly line of Lot 9 as shown on said map, being also
the dividing line between Lots 9 and 3 as shown on said Map 90 feet,
more or less, to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 9 being the
point of intersection of the southwesterly line of Lot § with the north
westerly line of Lot b as shown on said map; thence northeasterly along
the southeasterly line of said Lot 9, being also the dividingline
between said Lot 9 and Lots d 7 and b as shown on said map 2M feet, _

thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of Haywaters Road
90 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
BEING a part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by Georgia M. Jersey by deed dated May 7, 1948 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, June f1, 1945, in Liber
2451 of Deeds, Page 284.
