On April 12, 1990 you put in a request for a waiver to fill 200
feet of land owned by Flint Street Corp.,located on Route 25,
Greenport, NY.
Following a discussion at the regular meeting of the Board of
Trustees, which was held on April 25, 1990, you withdrew this
waiver request, and will submit a full application.
The thirty-five ($35.00) waiver fee that was paid by you will be
applied towards the application fee.
